Hi!

My name is Marissa. I need my google calendar and planner to keep my life in order. I need my books and alone time to recharge, but I also love a night out with friends and family. I was an ambitious student and hard working professional who loved learning and accomplishing goals. Over time, I learned how my ambition does not need to be the only thing that defines me, and I’ve become more intentional about slowing down and putting my needs first. 

I work with accomplished individuals who have devoted much of their life to doing great work professionally, but have been putting others' needs before their own and are hard on themselves. They want to do it all and be there for everyone, whether in their personal life or at work. I have seen the value of letting go of the desire to be “the best” at everything for everyone and how achieving your goals is not the only way to feel accepted or happy.
