Marissa Geary, Anxiety, Grief & Relationship Therapy
You have come to the right place.
You’re overthinking everything, replaying conversations, or spiraling late at night when you’re supposed to be resting.
You’re carrying grief from a loss, breakup, or season of life that ended
You’re noticing the same patterns repeating in friendships or romantic relationships and wanting something healthier
Navigating a major life transition, career shifts, parenthood, a breakup, moving, identity changes, and feeling unsteady
Struggling with boundaries, people-pleasing, or putting everyone else’s needs first
I can help you.
Feel calmer and more grounded, with tools to manage anxiety instead of feeling controlled by it
Feel understood and supported without judgment, pressure, or having to “perform”
Feel relief from carrying everything alone and finally have space to breathe
Gain clarity about your emotions, patterns, and relationships, without overanalyzing yourself
Feel more confident expressing your needs, setting boundaries, and trusting your voice
Feel permission to grieve, heal, and move forward at your own pace
Meet Marissa!
My clients describe me as warm, understanding, and genuinely helpful.
Therapy with me is a space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and understood. A place to bring thoughts and feelings you may struggle to share with others in your life. I listen deeply to understand your experience, and I guide you to gain insight into the patterns that keep anxiety, grief, or relational challenges stuck.
I teach simple, effective relaxation and grounding techniques to help ease anxiety and overwhelm in everyday life. I meet you where you are and move at your pace—no pressure, no rushing, no expectations to have it all figured out. I support you through life transitions with compassion, clarity, and steady guidance
Together, we explore practical strategies you can use outside of sessions, so change feels real and sustainable in your everyday life. Sessions are both reflective and actionable: a balance of being heard and supported while learning new ways to respond to old patterns. My goal is to help you leave therapy feeling more understood and more confident in navigating life, relationships, and your own emotions.
