Therapy works best when you feel heard and supported while learning tools to handle life’s challenges. Together, we’ll help you feel more in control, understood, and confident in navigating anxiety, grief, or relationship struggles.

Therapy can be helpful anytime you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, grieving, or struggling in your relationships. If you want support in understanding your patterns, gaining tools to cope, or simply having a safe space to be heard, therapy can be a valuable step. You don’t need to have it all figured out, just a willingness to explore and grow.

At this time I do not have availability for in person sessions and conduct sessions remotely using a HIPPA compliant video platform

The fee for a 50 minute therapy session and intake session is $260. I am an out-of-network provider, meaning that I do not work directly with insurance companies. I will provide you with a superbill after each session for you to submit to your insurance company and check if you qualify for reimbursement.
-
An intake session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to share your background, experiences, and what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll discuss your goals, answer any questions you have, and start exploring the ways we can work together to support you. It’s a relaxed, collaborative conversation designed to help you feel heard and understood from the start.

We will meet for therapy sessions at a set weekly time that we both agree upon. If something comes up with scheduling and we need to agree upon a different time we can discuss this and make changes as needed. Some clients meet every other week, based on their progress and individual needs.
-
Clients are responsible for the full session fee if appointments are not canceled at least 24 hours in advance. “No-shows” are automatically charged the full fee. If we can reschedule within the same week, there’s no charge, but alternate times cannot always be guaranteed.
